Questions? We have answers!
What should campers wear to camp?
As with all art, things are bound to get a little messy. We ask that your child wear appropriate clothing and footwear that can get dirty. We do recommend sneakers and no open-toed shoes. Most clay and glaze materials will wash out of clothing, and we do provide aprons for children who are worried about getting their clothes stained.
Do campers need to bring anything?
Since all supplies and other materials will be provided by Sunshine Studio, your child will only need to bring their creativity and fun spirit to camp.
What about lunch?
For half-day and full-day campers, we will take breaks throughout the course of the day, including a 10 minute snack break. Make sure to pack a snack and beverage for your child and label the bag and bottle with their full name.
For full-day campers, lunch will be provided between 12-1pm for each day of camp. Parents and caregivers will be provided with the lunch schedule for each day of camp. You will be asked to specify your camper’s dietary restrictions and known allergies in the emergency contact form after registering to ensure the safety of all those attending camp. Parents and caregivers may send lunch boxes with their child, which will be collected and stored by a staff member.
Is extended care offered?
Passes for early arrival at 8:30am and late pick-up at 4:30pm are available for an extra $30 each or $50 for both.
Is parking available?
There is free parking available at the community center where you may wait to drop off or pick up your camper.
